VANCOUVER – Post Secondary Employers’ Association CEO Anita Bleick issued the following statement:

“Following a meeting today between PSEA, ministry officials and union representatives from the Colleges, Institutes and Teaching Universities sector, we have issued an invitation to those not currently at the table to return and resume negotiations under the Cooperative Gains Mandate.

“We urge unions to reconsider any further plans for job action so that we can focus attention on reaching the fair and reasonable settlement that I know we can achieve by working together.” The Post‐Secondary Employers’ Association (PSEA) is the employer bargaining agent for all public colleges, special‐purpose teaching universities and institutes in B.C.
