PSEA provides compensation advice and services to the post-secondary sector, such as salary scale development, job evaluation, organizational design, data analysis, and costing services during bargaining.
PSEA provides an exclusive shared database (HRDB) for management and union members to assist with a common data understanding of the sector as it relates to bargaining.
