Opportunity
Education and Experience
- Law degree;
- A member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia;
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in labour relations, ideally in a post-secondary environment;
- Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated familiarity with litigation and/or labour arbitration, including related legislation and rules;
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, manage and implement;
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship skills including the ability to foster effective, collaborative working relationships with diverse groups;
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; and,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

We offer a competitive compensation plan and an organizational culture that believes in making a difference. The salary range for this position is $150,031.15 to $176,508.00. A qualified applicant with experience is anticipated to commence near the mid‐point of the salary scale.
